The design build process begins with a free design consultation. During our initial consultation we will discuss your landscape ideas and goals. We will present our design portfolio to show you options in beautifying your property, and landscape dreams. It is also a meeting between myself the designer, and the contractor to see if we are a good match to move forward with the design, estimating, and build process. Our design process begins by measuring your property, and the transforming it into a computer drafted 2D layout. We then draft your landscape design into 3D to see the future landscape in full growth, and color. Our plant selection we focus on California Natives, drought tolerance, and plant species that bring beneficial insects, butterflies, and hummingbirds to your property. We also included a plant list with your design in detail on the plants maintenance needs, growth habit, and ornamental value. We can add other elements to the design from pools, waterfalls, fountains, arbors, decks, lighting, and retaining walls.
Once we have a final design, and is agreed between the customer and designer, we then proceed into the estimating process to build your landscape oasis. The estimate will focus on the proper procedure and materials needed, to build the landscape properly so it will thrive for years. If we move forward to the build stage of the project we will give you a design, and estimating credit refund toward the build cost.
