Thank you for your interest in Nature’s Creations, Inc. (NCI) we would like to provide you with the very best environmental lawn care in the industry. Present below is a proposal for the complete Organic Lawn Care Programs (OLCP). Their are three packages to choice from Bronze, Silver, and Gold. These programs are tailored specific to your properties needs and budget. We will visit your property approximately every four to eight weeks. During those visits, we will monitor for disease, insects, and weeds. If an application is needed we will use the correct product to control weeds, insects, and diseases. Our Goal is a Satisfied Customer!

Organic Lawn Care Bronze Program - 6 Services Visits
Our Bronze Program offers the basic needs to build healthy root zones and a beautiful lawn. With the organic lawn care bronze program your lawn will benefit from these applications.
· Pre-Emergent Weed Control - Weed Seed Prevention (Spring & Fall)
· Six scheduled slow release organic fertilization.
· Weed spot treatment applications (as needed)
· Insect & Disease Control (as needed)
· Insecticide Grub Control Application - (Early Spring & Early Fall)
Organic Lawn Care Silver Program - 11 Service Visits
With the Organic Lawn Care Silver Program you receive all the service that the bronze program offers plus additional service to improve lawn quality and health.
· Pre-Emergent Weed Control - Weed Seed Prevention (Spring & Fall)
· Six scheduled slow release organic fertilization.
· Weed spot treatment applications (as needed)
· Insect & Disease Control (as needed)
· Insecticide Grub Control Application - (Early Spring & Early Fall)
· Five Biological Fertilizer with Micro nutrients, and Wetting Agent Applications - increases nutrient uptake, builds soil structure, breaks up thatch, increases plant health, deeper watering, and drought resistance. - Very Important!
Organic Lawn Care Gold Program - 11 Service Visits
Our highest recommended service that will create the highest quality lawn that neighbors will be green with envy.
· Pre-Emergent Weed Control - Weed Seed Prevention (Spring & Fall)
· Five scheduled slow release organic fertilization.
· Weed spot treatment applications (as needed)
· Insect & Disease Control (as needed)
· Insecticide Grub Control Application - (Early Spring & Early Fall)
· Five Biological Fertilizer with Micro nutrients, and Wetting Agent Applications - increases nutrient uptake, builds soil structure, breaks up thatch, increases plant health, deeper watering, and drought resistance. - Very Important!
· Root Stimulant Application - increase nutrient uptake and germination of seed (Fall) - Very Important!
Application below can be applied separate from our Lawn Care Programs, as needed and recommend! All products are applied by a License Pest Control Applicator!
Soil pH Adjustment Application -
After evaluating soil pH we will recommend a product to increase or decrease you soil pH. Optimal pH for turf health is 6.5.
Soil Wetting Agent Application -
Recommend three application during the summer months. Application is included in our Silver and Gold Lawn Care Program!
This application increases soil water infiltration. It allows irrigation to be more effective, and increase water movement into turf root zone. It also helps in reducing runoff, localized dry spots, and saturated areas.
Grub Control Application -
Recommend to apply spring and fall during grub development and feeding. Product will control grubs from feeding on turf root zone. Application is included in all of our Lawn Care Programs!
Product will offer 3 months of residual control.
Insect Control Application -
Controls surface insects that feed on your lawn and nuisance pest for example - chinch bugs, sod webworms, armyworms, cutworms, leafhoppers, ants, fleas, and ticks.
Recommend to apply monthly spring through fall or as needed. Application is included in our Lawn Care Programs applied as needed.
Pre-Emergent Weed Control -
Recommend to apply spring and fall to control summer and winter annual weeds before they develop. It also ads in the control of crabgrass and annual bluegrass. Application is included in all our Lawn Care Programs!
This product will give 6 months of residual control! Control will vary depending on weed infestation. May require additional application for weed control.
Post-Emergent Weed Control -
This application controls weeds that have developed in your lawn. Recommend based on weed infestation. May require monthly application until weeds are under control. Application is included in all our Lawn Care Program service visits.
Disease Control Application -
Application controls fungal disease that have developed in you lawn. Number of application will vary depending on disease outbreak, and product recommendation. Applications are included in all our Lawn Care Programs and applied as needed.
Mole and Gopher Control -
We will identify the main tunnel run, and apply a product to eradicate the gopher or mole problem. May need to be applied more than once depending on activity.
